Yes, all inquiries are welcome!
How should I wash the custom clothing?
Please follow the following care instructions for ALL clothing purchased from my shop. These instructions are also listed on the business card you will receive in your package.
- Turn garment inside out
- Machine wash COLD
- No fabric softener
- No bleach
- Hang dry
- Do not dry clean.
What onesie® brand do you use?
We use Gerber Brand Onesies®!
How much is shipping and how long will delivery take?
Shipping is FREE within Canada and the USA.
Canadian orders will arrive within 1 to 10 business days
USA orders will arrive within 3 to 10 business days
International orders will arrive within 10 to 28 business days
Who is responsible for customs and import taxes/fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Royal Serenities is not responsible for delays due to customs.
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns within 3 business days of delivery, however, because of the nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns on Custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
